   I had a site crash and had to re-instal the back up.
   Once I was up agian I found that my formidable forms disapeared (seems it was not backedup)
   I tried to re-install the Formadible plugin but it does not workproperly. My other website works perfectly and the plugin came with a contact templet. This one not... please advise

   It sounds like not everything got fully removed. Please click the "Uninstall" button on the bottom of the Formidable -> Settings page. Then click the message at the top of the page that says your database needs to be updated.
