   I have tried the suggested troubleshooting in the FAQ but to no avail. My site will send me other email. I am not using SMTP on my site; just an external email address. Any suggestions?

   Part of the steps in the FAQ is to set up SMTP. Please try that step and let us know if you still don't receive the emails.
