   Hi there

   Just installed FB 0.852 on my Godaddy-hosted website.

   Lovely plug in, very simple to use and I'm very happy with it but when I submit a form I get the error message "Form Problem: You have already submitted this form data once".

   The form is sent to the email ok but my suspicion is that when i put the form live, people will see that error message and think it didn't work.

   Any help would be greatly appreciated.

   I'm having the exact same problem! Wondering if I should "downgrade" my plugin to an earlier version. Running WP 3.0 with Thesis theme.

   I am using 0.852 and not having this issue. I am having a different issue with captcha not working but not this issue. Then again, I am using the form on a page template without the WP loop. This may be something to consider. (I'm running WP 3.0 with a custom 2.9 designed theme)

   I have just installed FormBuilder (v 0.86) on a 3.0.1 install and had the same error pop up the first time I submitted a form from either Chrome or Firefox -- I never actually submitted once before getting the error. Has anyone figured this out yet? Seems like a great plug-in, but I really need it to work.

   FYI, the site is hosted with Pair (http://www.pair.com/) and the page in question is http://http://www.pamelaspunch.com/contact/.

   We've verified the bug... now we're working on trying to fix it. Just wondering if anyone was using a known theme. Custom themes seem to work but Thesis is having issues but only with certain server configurations.

   I'm using a WP Zoom theme (Yamidoo Pro) if that helps at all. No customizations other than a few design tweaks.

    Any updates to fixing the bug, we're also getting this error.

    What is causing it? Anything we can do to our code to fix it/quick fix?

    Same problem here - Form Problem: You have already submitted this form data once.

    I just installed in hopes of having a form store responses in DB.

    Any updates?

    hi sir am using form builder plugin. Its working fine but one warning error at http://www.gourmetkids.com.au/cooking-parties/party-confirmation-form.
    Any idea to fix this bug..
