   I just installed workdpress without any problems, then I installed and activated formbuilder and now all I have is a blank page, I can't even see a login page.

   Help! How do I make this thing work? Where can I find instructions?

   I believe you're the same person with whom I've already discussed and resolved this issue via email. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

   The issue was you were attempting to run it on WordPress 2.0?

   You're correct, Thanks again.

   Now I just need to figure out how I can customize my form. I've created a css but I have a lot of questions to ask my visitors (long poll actually) and I'd like to be able to create tables for a few questoins to be put on one page and then have a "next" link.

   Has anyone done anything like this?
