   Hi there,

   I am having issues with the FormBuilder export. We current have around 2,500 records stored in the database as XML and when we try to export them the system timesout and I get a 500 Internal server error.

   I have increased the memory/timeout delay on the server but this does not fix the issue and it is not wise for me to increase the timeout value anymore as we are on a shared server.

   Any help with this appreciated. I really need to retrieve this data.

   Any other apps able to export the XML data in the DB and turn it into nice friendly CSV?

   Were you able to resolve your problem? I am unable to export my data, and like you - really need to retrieve it. Only about 15% of my data comes down in the attempted XML export using the standard Tools/Export function from the WP.com dashboard.

   Thanks for any suggestions you can make. (I do have a lot of content - I estimate 30MB.)
