[Plugin: Form Maker] Adding checkback for database inquries.

Hi!

I’m looking to integrate some kind of feature that adds the function of sending off an email with the requirement to confirm the person who filled out the form is still active, when the database inquiry has passed a certain number of months.

Is this possible?
