   Hello,

   I'm holding a photo contest, which will be based on a wordpress blog (which then likely will have more competitions like that). What is the best way so:
   # participants publish the pictures on a page on the blog
   # prevent publication of more than one photo per user (for example, an upload form with email/Personal ID/etc.)
   # publication via email (for a given email address)
   # submit photos into albums, by contest
