Plugin for showing latest updates from feeds in sidebar

I’m currently running the plugin Lifestream for showing feeds on a client’s site. It’s working good, I really like that you can add anyone’s feeds, not just your own. However, the problem with Lifestream is that it displays all the feeds in one general list.
This means that a feed that gets updated very often will take over the entire show.
Check out what I mean at http://www.fotojournalisten.no. The Lifestream is displayed on the top of the sidebar.

So what I’m looking for here is a plugin that allows you to choose whatever feed you’d like, and display the latest update(s) from each feed, not just in general. And it would really be nice if it would be possible to hardcode the feed into a template.
