plugin for reserving a gym class

Hi,

I have a fitness website that I am working on and I am looking for a basic plugin that allows me to list all my classes by date/time and allow visitors to reserve their spot for the class. I need it so that you set a maximum amount of spots per class and as people register the number dwindles until there are no more spots available. It would be great too to have an email notification sent to both the gym and the person reserving their spot. The simplier it is the better.

Also, I’m using WordPress 3.5.2
