Plugin for foreign visitors

Hi, I’m looking for a plugin able to redirect foreign visitors of a wp page to the translated version of that page whose is hosted in a subdomain. I was thinking about that or maybe about a plugin that could set up a pop up informing to the visitor about the possibility of be redirect to the translated page.
