I am looking for a plugin for the election of Board of Trustees for a National Members Organization (membership is 1100 members). The ballot would need to contain a link to the pictures and bios of each candidate. Voting needs to be secure, ballot submitted anonymous, abillity to only vote 1x, and election results not shown online to membership and not able to access till results are over. Does anyone know what would be the best plugin? Thanks
