  • Hello sualdam,

are you sure the plugin files were uploaded correctly? We use this plugin on all the latest versions of WordPress with no problems.

I suggest that you try to upload it manually via FTP if the problems persists after deleting and reinstalling the plugin.

    Thanks,
    Martin

    Thanks for this.

Let me now clarify that my host uses PHP version 4.4.9 so I do not meet the base requirement.

My problem is not related to Foliopress in any way, so everyone else please be aware of this.

    Yep. That was it.

My host is 1&1, and after they told me how to enable PHP 5 on my server Foliopress worked perfectly first time.

Thanks for replying – if you hadn’t I wouldn’t have pursued the PHP 5 issue at this time (last time I asked them it wasn’t possible to use it).
