Floating Social Media Icon
[resolved] icons don't show properly (3 posts)

    Hello,

I have tried integrating your floating social media icons to one of my pages however the icons don't show up properly. They have weird black and white square borders around them rather than just having the button appear as it should.

I am assuming this is due to my theme not accepting the style for the icons. However, I have added the header and footer codes you suggest and it hasn't done anything to help with this issue.

What do I need to do? I cannot link you to this page on my site as I have not yet published it live, I am trying to finalize it before publishing it to the public.

I'd appreciate any help on this matter as I am looking forward to using these icons on my site.

    Thanks!
    Ema

This is causing because of your themes style. Your theme style may be applied for the social media icons, it can be a style or img style.
We would like to look into it in detail. Kindly go to our website and go to client area login, there get an account and open a support ticket. we will help you to fix it.

Thank you so much Acurax for helping me with this problem! I submitted a ticket and they resolved it by adding a special condition in my theme to prevent it from putting borders on the icons. They were quick and very efficient.

    Thanks a ton!
