[Plugin: Flickr Gallery] changing thumbnail sizes and getting lightbox to work on homepage

I’d like to use a bigger thumbnail, I know flickr has one that’s 150×150 square. Can this be set using the shortcode or do I have to play with the plugin files?

Second little question, I have the latest post of the blog included on the homepage, outside of the wordpress install. Is there a simple way to get the built in lightbox to work here too? Right now when the thumbnail image is clicked the flickr page loads up.
