[Plugin: Flexi Quote Rotator] Breaks my site

Yeah, we had some weird behavior come up with this plugin too — It would sporadically break pages and cause white screens. I also noticed that it generates “unexpected output” on activation of the plugin, so perhaps there’s something going on there.
