    File Gallery 1.7.2 assumes file type icons to be organized by file type, so it’ll look for plain.png in ./wp-includes/images/crystal/text if a file’s type is text/plain. However, this file and folder don’t exist, at least not in WordPress 3.3. In the case of a plain text file the correct path is ./wp-includes/images/crystal/text.png.

    @carbeck: sorry about that, I added a new filter and accidentally reversed the order of filtered and supplied variables.

    Fixed in v1.7.3, please update.
