   Is it possible to upload a Joomla database and then convert it using this plugin?

   I am coming from a GoDaddy [insert expletive here] and the host does not allow a database connection.

   You can import your Joomla database on your local computer (localhost), install WordPress on localhost and run the migration on localhost.
   It is sure to work, quicker and lets you do all your tests on local before releasing to production.
