FeedWordPress
"Ready for next update every 60 minutes" (instead of 600 (2 posts)

    I'm using WP 3.2.1 with FW 2011.0706.

Some of my feeds are set to:
"Ready for next update every 60 minutes"
Even when I set my site-wide preferences to 600 minutes.

Turning the plugin off and on doesn't help, nor changing this manually for these feeds.

I am not sure what distinguishes the feeds which are having the bug with the ones who don't.

    Any ideas?

Some feeds set a <sy:updateFrequency> in their feed that Feedwordpress has always respected (used). So if this is set to 60min that will be the update frequency used regardless of you try to configure.

It wasn't well documented in Feedwordpress though its always used that value. If you inspect the feed and look at the raw xml/rss for this element in the header.

Nicely the newest version of Feedwordpress 2011.0721 will show the <sy:updateFrequency> value if its in the feed when you look at the Syndicated Sites Settings that summarizes your configured feeds.
