[Plugin: FeedWordPress] Permalinks point to original site even if you set to local site

Hi,

I have the FeedWordPress version 2011.10124

I clicked the Update and it retrieved posts. But the Permalinks still point to the original site even though I had it set as following:

Permalinks point to:
The local copy on this website

It happened to all 8 feeds I have. Here are few:
