   I had selected the option "Publish syndicated posts immediately" in "New posts TAB",
   But it is not working.

   The posts can't Publish immediately,just scheduled at sometime to publish.

   Same problem. I also can't then publish them through WordPress. I have to use a plugin (force-publish-schedule) to get syndicated posts to publish.

   Which is the timezone for the pubDate element in your RSS feed?
