   Just wanted to say that Rich has been totally great in helping me install Featurific with WP 3.0.4 and the Twenty Ten theme.Had a few problems due to the way the theme is coded (mostly due to the new loop.php setup), but Rich has been outstanding in helping me figure out everything. He responds very quickly and frequently--more like chat support than email.
