   First off I really like this plugin so far. Great job!

   My drop down menu gets hidden by this plugin. Would it be possible to change the z-index on this?

   Have you tried adding something like this at the end of wp-content/plugins/featured-content-gallery/css/jd.gallery.css file?

   #myGallery { z-index: 999999; }

   Havent tried this but it should change z-index of gallery DIV.
