thoweI can't seem to figure out why this is the case--at first, I thought it may have been embedded brackets, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Why are foonotes 1-8 appearing, while the remaining footnotes are shown inline? Something that may help diagnose: when I first put the footnotes in, numbers 1-4 appeared, but the rest didn't. Then, I re-copied the footnote text--had to do this one by one, for some reason... That is, change one, save, change another, save, &c. After this, up to 8 appeared, but I can't seem to get past that. Here's the page:
