[Plugin: Favicon Generator] Tons of error messages on upload

When I clicked the UPLOAD for my PNG file, I received lots of messages. Here are a couple:

What’s going on? I verified the write permissions. The file size is 144kb. Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
