   I've been getting the following warning(s) in the header and footer in one of my websites:
   

   Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: open(/tmp/sess_9177d7108cdc5024749301f5ead1ed06, O_RDWR) failed: Permission denied (13) in /home/ocdi/public_html/site/wp-content/themes/yoo_balance_wp/warp/systems/wordpress/helpers/config.php on line 48

   and in the footer:

   Hostgator led us back to the FS Contact Form plugin, which I deactivated and it seemed to clear it up for some computers.

   Since I love this plugin and have used it on sites before, anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
