   I am using the latest version of SI Contact Form on the following pages
   1. http://pezenaspropertyinvestments.com/contact/
   2. http://pezenaspropertyinvestments.com/investing-with-ppi/complimentary-report/
   3. http://pezenaspropertyinvestments.com/investing-with-ppi/register-with-ppi/

   #1 works fine with the plugin doing a simple redirect to the homepage

   #2 was working previously but now presents a 404 page when trying to redirect to the following URL

   #3 is a new form operates the same way as #2 (to another cloned script) and gets the same result.

   The 404 page for #2 has a title tag as follows:

   I have written to the hosting company (namesco) but if anyone is able to offer any advice, it would be much appreciated.

   Try the latest plugin version 3.1.2
   if you still have trouble ...

   Hi Mike

   Thanks for the links. I do have the latest version. However I discovered that it was a problem with the Zeus server. I had added a rewrite script so that permalinks were without the /index.php/ and it didn't like it. I've taken out the rewrite script and all is back to normal.

   Thanks again for not only the reply but also the amazing plugins. I hope to be able to make a donation this year if my start-up business goes well.
