I cannot get the Constant Contact module to work with Fast Secure Contact Forms. What I am trying to do is email the form to the site admin, email an autoresponder message to the sender, and add the sender email address to Constant Contact. The autoresponder and email to admin work fine until I activate the Constant Contact option.

Then actually the Constant Contact part of it “works” (i.e. the person gets signed up to the selected mailing list) – but then nothing else works. Rather than refreshing with a “thank you” message, the form just refreshes to a blank page with a “1” on it. Neither the autoresponder nor the email to admin get sent.

The site is currently under construction and in maintenance mode so I can’t provide a link.

I have upgraded the site to WordPress 3.5 and the problem still remains.

Thanks – I will look into this.

To help make sure I have the same settings as you do, please email the form data to support@katz.co (click “Backup Settings”, then send me the file it creates.)

Note: Constant Contact username & password data is not stored in that backup. I will enter my own credentials.

I just released version 1.0.1 – this should work now. Sorry for the issue!

FYI, for future issues with the Constant Contact feature, please submit it to the plugin’s support page instead of the Fast Secure Contact Form support forum.

    Thanks for reporting!

Thanks very much Zack! Sorry for double posting – I was not sure which plugin had caused the problem.
