After updating the Fast Secure Contact Form plugin my forms disappeared from all pages where they should appear, leaving only the short code, such as: [si-contact-form form='3']

Further investigation revealed that Fast Secure Contact Form no longer appears in the list of plugins. Initially I got the following message on the Plugins page:

"The plugin si-contact-form/si-contact-form.php has been deactivated due to an error: The plugin does not have a valid header."

However that message no longer appears.

A check of the site with FTP shows that the plugin's folder and contents still exist at /wp-content/plugins/inline-upload.

Further, an inspection of the database shows related entries in the wp_options table. Entries in the option_name field such as:
    si_contact_form_gb
    si_contact_form
    si_contact_form2
    si_contact_form3
    si_contact_form4
    and so on.

What should I do now? I REALLY don't want to risk losing all the settings I had established previously. I had quite a few forms set up, some allowing files upload, fairly long list of e-mail addresses, and so on.

    Please advise.

Apologies for the BUMP! but I've been waiting two weeks and still no comment from Support.

one thing you could do is install the plug-in again from the WordPress plug-ins page just click add new and find the plug-in in the search and click install

if that doesn't work you may have to delete the plug-in folder /si-contact-form/ located in the /plugins/ folder and then install again

since the settings are saved in the database you will not lose your custom forms
