[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] multiple forms laid out in columns?

I would like to build the contact page with 3 sections that are laid out into 3 columns sort of speak. The site is being built and in maintenance mode so I’m not leaving the URL of the website.
Below is a link to the example of the layout I need to build. Is this possible?
