[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] Mailchimp Integration ?

Hello,
how do i integrate this with mailchimp ? I wanna setup a contact form with name email and message with an additional check box to “subscribe to newsletter” If answer is yes email address and name should be added to my mailchimp list and still send me an email with message, name etc.

I could not find a answer to this yet, maybe someone here can help me out.
