No errors. I have the form set up to email different people depending on the department they choose. Works well! The formatting on the website is fine.

My issue is the formatting on the email itself. When one submits the form, they get something like this:

    -----

    To: Employment/Human

    From:
    Firstname Lastname
    name@domain.com

    Phone:
    000 000 0000

    Address:
    321 East Hacienda Ave.

    City:
    Las Vegas

    State:
    Nevada

    Zip Code:
    89000

    Message:
I am seeking employment as a XXX in conjunction to other abilities in line with these trades

    -----

I would like them to receive something like this instead:

    -----

    To: Employment/Human

I am seeking employment as a XXX in conjunction to other abilities in line with these trades

    Firstname Lastname
    321 East Fake Ave.
    Las Vegas, Nevada 89000
    Phone: 000 000 0000
    Email: name@domain.com

Is there a way to format the email? I looked through the forums and online and the FAQ. Hopefully, I'm just missing something.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you,
    Lena

No there is no way to easily format that. The code that makes the email puts it together in small parts that add up during a loop of all the fields. The complexity of the extra fields is what determines this method. To do it your way would require special templates for each form you make. That is not how it works. Sorry.

On a similar-but-different note: is there a way of making the field names bold in the email that's generated, to more easily differentiate between field name and response?

That would require many small code changes and HTML email format. Sorry, that is not available at this time.

There is a setting for HTML format, but not the bold field titles.
