[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] Create Select fields which are blank before user input.

Hello everyone, I’m creating a form which requires a select field and I can’t seem to figure out how to make it behave in a way which means that the user has to actively make a selection before submitting the form. I have made the first option of the list ‘Please Select’ but this is not ideal because the user is able to submit this as their actual selection and is not prompted to choose something if this part of the form is left out.
