On FireFox 10 it looks fine but on Chrome the year portion on the calendar gets cut off a bit so instead of it showing 2012, it only shows 201.
When you hit the drop down, it displays it in a visible manner but I would like it to show it anyway even if I have to increase the width for all the browsers for it to display properly. As I was trying to add another space to the year field but couldn't locate where to enter it.
Anyone know how to address this?

I ended up figuring it out, your form works fine out of the box under Chrome. The issue was with my theme, it had some CSS styling for forms and that was interfering with your plugin.
I got rid of them and the calendar displayed fine. To anyone having a similar issue, check your theme's CSS.
