Hi

I seem to be having major issues adding a select box with a list of options which only ONE should be selected.

I really dont want to type out what I configured it as because I have changed everything about 15 time with no result.

Basically... Which fields do I configure to add about 6 options to the "extra field 1" as a select box?

Can you tell me which fields to put the following into:
Label to show on form: Select the department for your enquiry
Options:
Sales
Technical
Operations
Marketing
Human Resources
Accounts

Can someone also suggest the ideal CSS to make the select box the same height/width as the standard name field?

The plugin version is the latest one... (as of 13th November 2011)

In the LABEL FIELD, enter this as a single line:

Select the department for your enquiry:,Sales;Technical;Operations;Marketing;Human Resources;Accounts

and FIELD TYPE = Select

Is this really how it is done? Is the colon important? or is the comma the real delimiter which starts the list of values? Can we not have a different value for each option, than what is displayed to the user, because I find that to be very helpful some times.

and if you need to use a comma besides the one needed to separate the label, escape it with a back slash, like this: \,
