I'm looking for a new contact form that will be used to fill in a cheque for a charity organisation.
In stead (of additionally) of it being sent to us by mail, it needs to open a print windows and print the form in a nice format.
Does your plugin support this and if not, what would be a good one?

Nobody has asked for that before.
Are you already using the form? Where is the URL?

Thanks for the fast response Mike. And I'm happy too, to my surprise there doesn't seem to be a simply html->pdf converter either as a plugin yet.

It should translate pretty well when you hit the english flag.
What we would need is the ability to have a sort of document like a pdf or just html 'made up' according to the field filled in and the give only a print option.
The printed form would ideally have some additional info on it like an address to mail it to and a place to sign.

Mike - i'd love a solution to this too. So that the person fills out the form, then they're presented with a print friendly version of the information they've just entered.
Possible?

We have exactly the same problem - we want the user to fill out a form - and then have it printed rather than submitted.
Has anyone found a solution?
