    This form seems a big mess.
    Is it generated from the plugin?
    I doubt there is a way to format it with CSS.
    There are no classes used. All the styling is hardcoded in the html.

    Hi webily,

    Yes its a FSC form.

    I inserted custom CSS for the first block called ‘ALGEMEEN’ i tried to code it using the form css option.

    Please, see this image what I mean with custom CSS.

    In the ‘ALGEMEEN’ block I managed to get 2 input fields on the same line. But as you can see the labels etc. are all wrong.

    I can reset the CSS if that makes it easier for you to help me?

    I would like it to get as described in the title of this post:

    2 rows? 2 fields on the same line

    Solved this by using CSS in the most primate way, ever. Its one hell of a job, am glad that version 4.0 will makes our lives much easier!
