    Mike,

    I also would this function. I have seen it in other contact forms plugins, but they were not as complete and easy as yours. The .txt file or create a DB entry is useful for reporting. It is great to use to validate that you have seen all of the form submits and it a great way to keep all the data in one place. It would be great if from the admin page you could pull this data (txt or database).
