Great plugin BTW... thanks!
Question:
When adding in extra form fields there is an option to select a REQUIRED status but when viewing the form on the website, there is no marker as to what is required, like an asterisk, and there is no option available to style required fields.
How do I place and style a marker, as in an asterisk, within this plugin?

It does not show the required markers, sorry.
I left the markers out because if you submit, it checks and then alerts you if they are missed. I figured that was sufficient.
But the plugin can be modified if you want to do it yourself.

How/Where do I modify the plugin myself to include this feature? For usability reasons, the default set-up is not sufficient in that you are requiring a user to do something without instructing them ahead of time.

This was added in Version 2.0 released today.
You can enable or disable with the advanced setting: "Enable required field indicators on contact form."
