kjohnson_2Fast Secure Contact Form (FSCF) version 3.04 is incompatible with Permalink Fix & Disable Canonical Redirects Pack (PFDCRP) Version 1.0. Specifically, forms won't send email if PFDCRP is enabled. The email test feature on the FSCF admin page does work if PDFCRP is enabled.
This is not a request for assistance, but this information may be useful to someone else having trouble getting forms to work. (My solution was to disable and remove PFDCRP).
