[Plugin: Fast and Secure Contact Form] Categories in Form (2 posts)

    Can we show Categories Drop Down List in Fast and Secure Contact Form
    so User can select a category before submit form. & User Selection of category name sent alongwith Mail.

    Further I want to list only some of categories in Form i.e. exclude some categories
    If Posssible pls tell the procedure... ThanX
