[Plugin: FAQ Manager] 404 Error

My FAQ’s suddenly stopped working. The list shows but clicking on them shows a 404 error. I’ve tried disabling other plugins thinking that was the problem but it still wouldn’t work. You can see the problem here: http://www.napnanny.com/faq/
