For example, my home page, even though I've changed the name now, just says "Home" when someone clicks Like. So on Facebook it says "Likes Home." How can I change the name of pages or just that one?

    well, here's why:

I think you're using a static page to be your homepage, that page is called "Home" and that's why you're getting that.

If you change the title of the page, that will change.

anyway i can make a metabox to force another name on facebook... would you like such feature?

By the way I did change the title of the page and it still says "Home." I even looked at the home's source code, title is set to the name of the site, not Home. Take a look at the source code on the home page, you'll see.

    Alright, I'm working on that...

as for now... I guess I've figured out the problem... it's about CACHE!

you use the w3tc plugin to cache your pages... you need to clear your cache, do that and try again... your problem will be fixed :)
