   Almost all TTF /OTF fonts give me the wrong character when "é" is in my titles.. FLIR replaces it with a "Ø"

   Any recommendations?

   Actually for most fonts none of the following characters seem to work:

   éíåøç etc...

   That's font issue, not the plugin's.

   You need to add special characters by yourself in font editing software (e.g. High-Logic FontCreator), however by doing so usually you are violating font's copyright :)
