   i have wordpress 2.7.1.. installed the last version(0.8.7) flir.. but its not working.. nothing happens when i activate the plugin.. is there a problem with version 2.7.1?

   There shouldn't be. I use it on numberous sites with 2.7.1 and even 2.8b1 and it works fine.

   Are your permissions still set correctly on the wp-content/plugins/facelift-image-replacement/facelift/config.php and the wp-content/plugins/facelift-image-replacement/facelift/cache?

   Both need to be writable.

   This plugin doesn't work on 2.9.2 either. I have tried changing the permissions as instructed above but still nothing working here. Yes, I have Javascript enabled.

   I can't seem to find a plugin for typography that actually works. They either don't work at all (i.e. this one) or they are incompatible with Internet Explorer (evil).

   If anyone does find one that just works as its supposed to, would you mind letting me know? http://www.pinkgarden.co.uk
