Hello there! first, this plugin is excellent...
my problem is that at some end line character lost some pixels... look:
How can I solve this? this particullary is set to static, but it also happens to other elements set to wrap...
I'm using jQuery, FancyFonts off...

I have the same problem.
Partially it can be hacked putting an empty space after the last letter in heading. An empty space will be also renderd but won't be visible as it is empty :) and letter before will be accurately displayed.
Unfortunately WP automatically generated headings as are page's and post's headings won't display that empty space. Perhaps the solution is to chande font's individually space after and before glyph in some font editing software (e.g. High-Logic FontCreator).

PARTIALLY SOLUTION:
Nudging critical glyphs in font editing software (e.g. High-Logic FontCreator) inside two vertical axes (bearings) which represent glyph's visible space will provide accurate displaying fonts inside the word, but will still cut some glyphs at the end of the word. preview
ANNOTATION: Need to check Clear Cache box in plugin's settings every time you make some changes.
