[Plugin: Facebook] "show faces" doesn't show faces other than my own | WordPress.org

i’m a novice at this…i have “show faces” enabled, but the only one showing is my own. the 18 others don’t come up. what have i done? many thanks.

None of your friends have clicked like yet, perhaps?

Only faces of your friends will show up on the like button.

Thanks otto.
Well, there are 19 likes on there thus far and i know they are my friends because nobody else knows about the blog 🙂
So i’m not sure what else to do…

I am having the same problem. This post has 28 likes, yet no faces show up. Like madamanda, I know the only people who are liking it are my friends, because the only place I publicized this site is my Facebook page!

If data-show-faces="true" appears in your Like button markup then your preferences from the WordPress plugin have been communicated to the page for interpretation by the Facebook JavaScript SDK.

OK, agreed. It seems to be a problem with Facebook rather than the plugin.
