[Plugin: Facebook] Posts to personal timeline without permission, post title shown incorrectly

    Hi Matt and others,

    The 1.0.2 update renders on my Facebook page much better, and the plugin seems much more stable, so thank you!

    Two problems though:

    1. The app posts to my personal timeline, even though the box is unchecked on the settings page

    2. In displaying the link on my page, it displayed apostrophes in the title encoded &xxxx; instead of “. When I added it manually, e.g. through the post box on the page, it rendered fine.
