   Facebook updated the App signup and creation process. Please update your documentation and videos to reflect these changes.

   After app creation go to advanced settings.
   In Migrations section choose deprecate offline_access: Disabled

   The instructions and video still need to be updated to reflect the new app process on fb.
   I ended up changing two lines of code in the plugin to not call the offline access since it's depreciated. ;)
