I just received the same error. Has anyone found a fix?

CW06 You need curl mod added to php5 on your server. Fixed the problem for me!

Actually, I’m hosting my wordpress locally (sandbox) and had to enable the extension in XAMPP. If it helps anyone else I used the below link:
