[Plugin: Facebook] Changing Permalinks Breaks Comments

Hi Matt,

I recently changed my permalink structure and my comments no longer appear. When I go to http://developers.facebook.com/tools/comments they are all still there on the server.

Does this new plugin have any way of recovering these comments?
